That beamshot looks awesome!!😱

Isn't it amazing how well the XP-G pairs up with the McR20S?

I was blown away with how freakin bright it was and how far it throws. Probably my favorite reflector to use with the XP-G to date.

Very clean mod BTW!

Nice mod!

Man & whole lot of XP-G mods lately popping up & all great ones too. Well I guess that's how it is everytime a new great performing LED hits the market. I'm still amazed how such a small emitter can put out so much light. I'm anxious to see all the upcoming XP-G customs on the horizon. :twothumbs

Thanks guys. These really do pump out an incredible amount of light and they throw quite nice too.

Hi,
I love this mod, I have a SGT Burkett and am looking at modding it.

Just a question, to get the 1.2A drive what driver board did you use. I only have 1.0A or 1.4A.

Thanks
Mark

1.4 will be fine.

It looks like he is using an mcr20, not an mcr20s. Anybody know for sure? The reason I ask, is because I'm planning a 3 x xp-g build and want to use either the mcr20 or the mcr20s and can't seem to find a definitive answer as to which one is the correct choice. I know that the mcr20s is just an mcr20 that has been shortened, but it would be shame to use the shortened mcr20s only to end up having to shim it up and possibly lose some light underneath the reflector.

It's a McR20
