Yoho charger question

I notice that when i charge 18650 cells on the yoho charger that one cell will finish fast (couple hours), but the other cell will take another 2 hours. they both finish charging without a problem and i like this charger. i am just trying to figure out why this kind of thing happens.

It could simply be that one cell is more discharged than the other.

Does the second cell charge longer in both charging bays, or only one?
