If its a life-or-death situation I would want something thats simple and reliable and something that im familiar with. So it would come down to me either grabbing my SureFire P2X defender or G2X MV.

Well I would have 2 in that case because my Manker E02II is Never off me, even at night it`s clipped to my night shirt! so there would be that and the one I "Grab" which would probably be the Manker T02 because it takes AA batteries and you can get those anywhere and out of all sorts of things, it`s pocket size and not too long (side by side AA) unlike my Thunite Archer2A V3 for instance.
I`d love to say my D4V2 but you can`t guarantee having Li-Ion charging capabilities wherever you end up.

Well, there's a Surefire Aviator and a Streamlight Protac 2L-X on my bedside table, so I'd probably shove both in my pocket as I hightailed it out of there. If I could only take one, probably the Surefire as it's a little more versatile and there's another Streamlight in the car (and the Surefire cost more, so I'm less enthused about forking to replace it), though realistically it would depend on why I need to scarper in the first place.
