your CREE XR-E LEDs/lights(pictures added)

hello all, i bought 2 lights recently, the rexlight 2.0 and ultrafire C2.
after some "inspection" of both lights, i realize that there is a difference between the cree xr-e in my rexlight and C2.

the cree in my rexlight has 3(three) gold/wire bond on it while the cree on the C2 has 4(four) gold/wire bond on it.

i want to ask if, are both of them cree xr-e?
or
are they both cree xr-e but just from different batch of production?

experts please come help.

I just took a look at my Crees, all bought from people here on CPF. Two batches of P4s bought a while back all have 3 leads. The batch of Q2s I just bought last week have 4 leads.
