Your favorite / best / coolest / nicest flashlight of 2023?

EZ throw by Maratac recently purchased. I use the optional 18650 but i have several 21700 batteries i should probably switch.

21700s are so great. I have about 20 spare 18650 cells and I still choose 21700 when getting a new light. They are barely bigger, and have almost twice the capacity. I will use 18650s for backup though in 21700 lights if they fit

I can show off my dog too for a photo op. My hand does look like something from a nightmare though but I'm too lazy to redo it.

I chose him though to be in focus because he's such a handsome boy.

Our blood is 12% superior than the average American. So how much you have determines how close to that 12% you get

I ain't buying that 12% better line unless you are Quebecois. Anyways I got you all beat. I have a cat that loves Everready lights. Probably because of the 9 Lives I now learn was Everready marketing!

Dads side heavy Irish/English. Moms side as far as i can tell French/French Canadian (LeMay/Oullette).
Against my better judgment i did ancestries dna test. First result was 50% French then the Canada New England area the rest United Kingdom maybe 30%. All these years i considered myself American with Irish ancestry!
Later Ancestry came back with a revised result with mostly United kingdom /Ireland 30% split French and Canadian.

Wurkkos TS10 Aluminium, warm tint, with orange aux.

This is plagiarism 101, in which I copied vicv and edited his post just a bit, because these are such great lights, and doubly so at this price point.

Mine is permanently set at the nightstand and the orange on low let's me see it in its hiding spot in the dark.

Ok this will appear in the 2024 version of this thread…😂😂😂

Got it on company website and get a free nylon sheath and free shipping.
Amazon was $15 more but upon further investigation it comes with a battery mine does not but i have a few extra 18650's.
Will check it out. Nothing but great reviews for these lights and company.

Before you was a member someone from here went to Wurkkos factory in China and was given a wonderful reception and full access to film. They are OEM for a lot of Chinese brands of flashlights to include Reylight sometimes.

I wonder if Manker is on that list. Some of Manker and Wurkkos lights look very similar.
I was eying the TS21 but out of stock on site though Amazon had them in the $50's and i wanted to spend less for my "check the brand out" first purchase. Then i realized after that, that the Amazon lights came with a battery. If i buy another the 21 is in the next slot.
It's a disease for which death seems to be the only cure!

Very nice. I was looking on their website. Prices seem a little too good to be true but i like they offer plenty of info and options for the emitters and the reviews seem to be very positive.
I get the impression that some of these flashlight companies are actually in China not just American companies have them made there?
My Manker sounded German but actually founded by 2 Chinese engineers that thought they could make a better light. Learning all the time thanks.
Buff
Oh yeah, the vast majority of flashlight brands out there are Chinese companies located in China.
