Zebralights shipping times from China?

Hey all, I ordered my first Zebralight (a H51) on Jan 14th from their website and got confirmation email saying they shipped it on Jan 16th. It's now Feb 11th and still no sign of the light so I emailed [email protected] and have not gotten a response. I'm just wondering if this is normal or not, I know based on the tracking number they gave me that it is shipping from China so I'm just looking for the experiences of other members of the forum that have ordered lights from them before. FWIW I'm in Canada.
