Hello,
Is it possible to flatten an o'ring? A friend gifted me a water bottle (double vacuum) but it's missing an o-ring. Instead of troubling him to return it, I bought a few food grade o-rings but the diameter is round. Is it possible to heat it and flatten it? I should be receiving the o-ring within a few weeks.
