Not bad. Gives effect of cube rotating. I have an Athlon 64 3500 w/ 1GB and it flips in about 0.3 seconds. My favorite "effect" is the colorful tabs. Watching CPU use, it jumps from 5% to 48% with every tab rotating effect.

Yuck.

Why make browsing slower and heavier just for some eye candy?

I don't get people who go for form over function.

There are many who go for form over function (within reason)....hence the popularity of graphical interface vs. command line.....or :) vs. ;-)

This plugin giving a novelty animation appearance is not a significant functional hit if all you are doing is browsing. Plus it's easy to remove if you get sick of it.

My poor 1gz P3 will probably not be up to the task. If I ever get a speed machine, though, I'll probably check it out.

So you'll also remember when it took a news reader, a binary editor an image viewer and like 2 hours to get 1 dirty pic?

I'm sure it looks cool but definitely not a "must have".

I guess this is sort of like a Digg comment: the article/video/pic is okay but the title hypes it too much. So people Digg it down.
