Does anyone know what happened to Inova's site? I must have missed something.

My swag is that their DNS server is down.

I can ping their IP 209.183.220.11

No clue then. Maybe your isp caches data? Or maybe they're using multiple DNS servers, and one is not working? No backup DNS redundancy? Who knows. More swag :shrug:

Very possible they're doing maintenance and took it down. Again, I can reach their IP, just not by name. http://209.183.220.11/

Warhoggie is correct regarding DNS. Their authoritive nameservers are timing out. You can use dnsstuff.com to verify this:

http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/lookup.ch?name=inovalight.com&type=A
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/traversal.ch?domain=inovalight.com&type=A

Many ISP's use caches and proxies that cache data for a period of time so that could explain why some could still get the site after their nameservers went poof.

Given that both of their nameservers are unreachable, it's not likely a scheduled maintenance.
