I was in the mall and saw one of those fancy $100 light sabers. When you turn it on, you actually see the light extend through the tube while it makes that "schewww" noise.

When you guys play/use your brightest lights, are you ever tempted to make "bwaaaaaaaaaaa" humming noise?

christ, they are on to me. guilty as charged. I make "PEW" sounds as I blip the momentary switch on all my targets.

A true flashoholic rarely has to make sounds.
Occasionally the wimper when you turn it on while looking at it, but usually,
"GET THAT DAMNED THING OUT OF MY FACE!" is made by others.

Our 16 mo twin girls have a pair of Fisher Price Monkey lights. When you squeeze the tail, the mouth opens revealing the rather pathetic incan inside. The real show is the chip recording that it activates of a screaming monkey.

"Hoo Hoo Hoo Haahhh Ahhhhh Ahhhh AHH AHH AHH!"

I should post a review.

I often make laser blast sounds while I'm blasting my mom in the face with one of my bright lights. (she tells me to grow up)

As some of you may notice, I am found of polls with the "A true flashaholic would never ask that question. LET'S GET HIM! " option.

 Kinda unsettling how many of you choose that option. :mecry:

The light saber you're referring to is made by Master Replicas. www.masterreplicas.com. The effect you see of the beam gradually extending in the tube is cleverly done with LED's.
