The cause of everyone's trouble with this light's intermittent problem is because of the retainer screw coming loose that holds the circuit and LED in the head. This is the only source for ground that the circuit has. Sometimes it may seem tight because it is hard to turn, but try to shake the light without the battery to feel if something is loose inside. If it is, just work with it a little, it will tighten down and problem solved.
. I don't have anymore of them since they all flickered and I couldn't figure out how to stop it
