The Glow ring is the 'potted bulb' retainer ring, that screws into the switch unit...

it has been dipped into a thick mix of glow powder & enamel...

In a batch run, on a lot of perfect made GLOW rings, after taking them out to cure, just as I put them down, I tilted them a little too much & they slid together!! :crazy:

& touched...most are fine, some have a little touch mark on them... nothing you can see from above... :ironic:
