There is a house down the street from my college that has a similar setup. Its not anywhere near as complicated as the one in the video, but there are tons of lights, strobes and other effects that react to music that is played over a low power FM transmitter. There are always cars parked on the street across from it, I just hope it doesn't cause any accidents.

Well, you mentioned it.

That crazy display was actually from 2004. The owner had to shut it down after there was an accident caused by 2 distracted drivers in front of his house. It was only a minor bump but it did cause a lot of concern.
