How to tell apart Lux I and Lux III?

Suppose you have an unlabelled emitter. How can you tell if it's a I or a III?

If it's an older Lux I (and I may be wrong about this), it's tint might be really bluish compared to a Lux III.

Will the size of the die be different? Larger for the LUX III?
