question about fenix l2p on l1p body using "regular" aa (1.2-1.6v)

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if any of you have tried using the l2p head on l1p body?

Will it fully regulate the light?

How long will it last compared to the l1p head?

I've tried the l2p head on l1p body and it seems to be just as bright as l1p.

I call the combination a Fenix L1+P+. There's been a few comments on such an idea here using a 14500 Li-Ion AA cell:
