scroll down to the yellow ones that say
"# BR 2/3 A (CR123A) Panasonic Lithium 3 Volt
Perfect for Flashlight Use (Not Recommended for Camera Use)"

Will these work as CR123A's? will they drive a surefire? im assuming they would be fine for a X5. Also do they have a 10 year shelf life? thanks!

While they will physically fit in the light (I.e. they're the right size/shape) those batteries are a different chemistry as the commonly used 123A. They're meant for really low drain use (that particular cell is spec'd for 2.5mA load) in things like water meters and equipment clock power backup. They do have a long shelf life, though.

Go here for a quick data table, plus more detailed spec sheets.

so they wont even power a X5? you said 2.5ma i know a X5 is 200+ at max brightness thats 100 times there rated limit, how can they say they are great for flashlights? that wont even power a frekkin ARC AAA.

They may have enough oomph to light it for a short time, but they wouldn't last any useful length of time.
