I find that for quality lights I have to go to a Police/Security supply specialty store. The mainstream stores carry Garrity and Noma lights which aren't the greatest (some stores carry Dorcy but not a great variety).

Don't slag on Canadian Tire, they may not carry the variety of flashlights but if they sold food we wouldn't need any other stores..:nana:

At Best Buy (Canada) stores
Dorcy 1 watt 1xCR123 is Reg; $39.95cdn but it is on sale for $19.99cdn in store. I picked one up and I love it it for it's size and performance, it just may end up being the light I will carry in my pocket the most at moment.

Dorcy 3xAAA 1 and 3watt were on sale for $19.99(reg:$39.99) and $29.99(reg:$49.99)
Not sure if the Dorcy 3D was on sale as I could not find it.

At www.bestbuy.ca the the prices are still listed at the regular prices.

There are not really many options with store where I live either as there is wholesale sports where the only flashlight that caught my attention was the Surefire G2 but it was $64.95cdn when it is possible to get it for say $45cdn or so.. maybe I should have asked oh well.

There is also S.I.R www.sirmailorder.ca and they have some lights like the Inova T1-T4, Pelican M6 for $79.99cdn etc...

My Sister is bringing home a Brinkman Makfire LX so hopefully the bulb will be fine when I see her Friday.
