What Blue tooth wireless earphone you like?

I just got a Razr phone with Blue Tooth and I want to buy a Blue Tooth Wireless head set/ear plug for it. What do you recommend and what features does it have that would set it apart from the others? What price can I expect to pay for it, too? Thanks much...

I have the Motorola HS801 and I find its a piece of crap IMHO. If it wasn't for $20, I wouldn't have purchased it, if I knew it was this bad I would have not purchased it even for 1 cent.

I got to use an HS850 recently and it performed ok. I prefer speakerphone when I need both hands to type on the keyboard and use the mouse.
