FYI:
On my u2, when I use a protected 168s pila cell, my u2 would quit working as I screwed the head back on. It worked fine with the head partially screwed on though.
Turns on the extra length of the 168s cell pressed tha tailcap spring way down. This caused the tailcap to lose continuity.
SF is send a new cap. Will let you know if that fixes it.
