Can somebody translate this to English for me?

"Meine Frau sendete Zahlung an Sie, ließ mich wissen, wenn Sie empfangen haben?
Danke! " --- > i think that is thanks right?

The words are german, however the grammar is horrible. Sounds like this was already translated by babelfish or a simillar software.
Closest translation would be "My wife sent the payment to you, let me know if you have recieved it" And Danke means thanks, that's correct. There is some guessing in this translation because of the mistakes in the original text.

Considering what Chrisse said I would beware of a scam. Many a scam starts out by "I sent you the money, did you get it?"

And since it's in German but clearly not written by a German speaker it's very fishy, IMO.
