Has anybody ever thought about making a custom battery pack for the fenix L2p? From the runtime plots, It seems like the driver would be great to run down primary lithium 123's. Would make this light much more versatile and producing a simple twisty battery pack shouldn't be too complicated. A cr123 fits inside the L1p head that I have here, and from my limited knowledge it seems like there is enough room for an, albeit thin, battery pack as well.
Any thoughts?
