Whasizzizat in millimeters, bulb opening? I assume just big enough for standard WA bipins, yes? Yipieee, the Carley rep was on target to his word!

Hi CHC -

CroMAGnet's comments are spot on. modamag is calling his reflector design the M2. While I'm working with him on that project, these reflectors are different.

These are the ones that Nikola Tesla has called "SUPER REFLECTORS" and caused quite a stir when he posted his very positive assessment about them. Juancho also has posted an evaluation on them. The "Stippled Reflector Passaround (USA)" for the past few months has been giving folks the opportunity to evaluate the prototype finishes.

I see one more set left...

No, to small!! .377" I believe, the stock mag reflector is trhe best Ive found for my MiniHID.

Got mine today, nice!!

Question, those focusing shims (Thin washers), how/why do you use them?

Whats the difference from just twisting the head until you get the best focus???

PSM I'm assuming that with using some lamps the cam will not push the lamp far enough down to achive optimum focus so you could add a shim.
