Yes, interesting read. I have a bottle of melatonin I use for jetlag. I hope more studies are published on this finding. It would be interesting if the link is found for prostate cancer as well (runs in the family).

Now that is an interesting article, especially the last line wherein it states:

"When you have enough light present to suppress it, you lose — you eliminate — that layer of protection."
