125'000 mcd 10mm LED at ebay, anyone tried them?

I found this auction for "some" 10mm LED's on ebay.

The seller claims 125k mcd @ 100mA and 25deg spread, can the claims be true? or is it just a "slightly" salted speclist?

If you read under that part about the 25° viewing angle it has more detailed specs. Typical brightness is 110,000 mcd @ 20 mA. 1/2 viewing angle (I'm assuming 1/2 power viewing angle) is 13°. Specs are certainly believable-that's only an output of about 4 to 5 lumens at 20 mA. This is similar to the current crop of 5mm, 40,000 mcd, 20° LEDs being offered by several sellers on eBay. BTW, the 100 mA is an absolute maximum current, and I wouldn't recommend driving at that level continuously. This isn't one of those multi-die LEDs which can be driven continuously at higher currents.
