The prices are nice, but I don't think that they will help you out too much on getting specific bins.

I wonder how many reels you'd have to buy to be able to specify a specific bin.

For the time being, I just paid $180 for 20 Lux IIIs which is almost three times the cost, but at least I got what I wanted without having to buy multiple reels.

The price of bulk, unbinned Luxeons has dropped, which will help them reach the mass market. I concur with Chop though, CPFrs have high expectations of receiving premium bins of tint, brightness, and Vf. The price of those really will not drop much - even direct from Future - believe me, I know.

This will likely cause some anguish among the group.

This brings up a point. What are the most desired bins by flashaholics?
Obviously there will be a range of answers but I wonder which are "most" desirable to the group?

Most desirable? All the first lux Mag mods I did used TV1Ls based on 3rd Shift using them and on them being about the best priced T-bins.

Generally for my own lights, I like *W0* and *X0* though I've had two *V1*s that were outstanding as well.

As soon as I see an UX0J for a semi-reasonable price I'm putting it in a Q3 though to use with an R123.
