Rechargeable 6R - Resonable price ?

What would be a reasonable price to pay for the following kit (brand new, in dusty box) ?

Kit include - 6R, 1xrechargeable battery, 1xcharging uit, 1xbody extension, 2xCR123.

A 6R is a 6P with the rechargable conversion kit, so you can work from there. The ones I've seen didn't have any special value. I got mine used for $20 without the charger, but last time I checked nice ones (some with package) were in the $50-70 range on eBay

That's nuts. You can buy a brand new 6P with a rechargable kit off Surefire's website at full price for around $130. And that's overpriced. You basically end up with a flashight that's longer than a 9P but no brighter than a 6P. The old 6Rs were even dimmer because they used a low-power bulb for extra battery life.
