lights you can bore out for 18650

Lights you can bore out to accept 18650.
target size is 18.5mm, which is enough to give a sliding fits with bare 18650.

Edit: if you want to use larger diameter protected 18650. you need to bore out to 18. 9mm, which is same ID as U2.
only lights like L5, 6P, C2 has enough material.

U2 for size comp, L5 body is identical to C2 except for finish. o0ps forgot about pentagon light which bores out nicely for 18650 too.

I bored out my L5 body for this.

I had to do it from both ends though, as my boring bars arent that long.

I like that bit you have there though!

I did mine with a 9/16 drill bit wapped with 50 grid sand papper. A lot of grinding and sweating. But it's worth it because I have about 80 used Li-ion batteries from laptops. I am not sure if I am able to do it again...
