Has anybody RMA'ed a Surefire from Canada?
I just sent back my brand new KL4 head for a missing gasket around the lens, I was told typically 3 weeks by the person I called. I hope they replace it with a brand new one since the head was brand new.
What has your experience been if you live in Canada?
What about the process of getting it back....any hassles with Customs? What method do they ship it back with?
