Some beamshots of a few of my lights

Here's some beamshots I took to compare some of the lights I have. The target is 16 ft away.

This first one is a stock 2D mag, I couldn't ever get the pic to look like it does in person though. It should be slightly whiter with sidespill.



This second light is the 2D light the railroad gives us to use. I believe it's a Rayovac that you can buy at Wal-Mart. It's pic is about what it does look like in person.


This third light is a Nuwai TM-301X-3. This photo is of it on high. The color is right, but it does have slightly more sidespill than this shows.


And finally here is the Golston 7W. Again, it does have some sidespill that the picture doesn't show, but is about what it looks like in person.

Thanks for the beamshots! It is pretty hard to find the right setting that shows the sidespill without totally blowing out the hotspot but you did a pretty good job. Your shots certainly show how much brighter the Golston is than the 301X.
