I don't know the answer to the question on shipping but I did do some tests on the Jeled 50,000 mcd LEDs. The results are
here in the first post. The only fault I can find with these LEDs is that the beam is a little blotchy but the Light of Victory 35Ks had a similar problem. Other than that, they were a nice color and shattered all of my previous records for intensity and efficiency.
