Will item #2 work with protected 18650's?

Item #2 will work with unprotected 18650's.
I can throw in a pair of used and "broken in" ones for $7 more.
These are 1800mah.
AW's unprotected 2200's also work really well with #2.
It is direct drive and will dim quite a bit long before either battery gets too discharged.

It's the hotwires and the regulated lights that really, really need protected cells.

If you have AW's protected 2200's already, this light will also work with thos with the mere addition of a paper staple to the rear battery prior to screwing on the tailcap.
Oh, and AW's protected c cell lithium ions should also work wonders for #1 and #2 as well.

Well, kinda sorta.
Item #4 fell out of my pickup truck right before I closed the passenger door last week. :mecry:
Reduced and "broken in" for immediate guilt free use to;

Scuffed head bezel and tail, but works fine.

Item #2 has also been reduced by $10 as it has been coming to work with me everyday, while I wait up on parts for my next LionKing build.
