Yes I did. I picked up one of these, and have been checking the spectrum of various lights. It is not what I would call a "precision" instrument, but it seems to be pretty accurate.
My actual reading was 590 nm, however I have a correction factor of -12, that brings us to the 578 nm number.

590nm is what I'd term as "lemon yellow"; yellow-green LEDs should come in at approximately 570nm.
