G&P 2W LED Module

It'll be interested to see what the runtime is with this one... If it gives considerably longer rutime than the regular Lux III version, it might be interesting.

It'll also be interesting to see if it can run on a single LiON cell... strange that they'd specifically make it so it wouldn't run on the LiON.

I agree... I had one and sold it. Then I bought one modded with TW0K and that module, in a Vital Gear body run on 2 R123 cells is my very favorite light!

On the '2W' module, lots of folks seem to like the UKE eLED... Actually, one of my next projects is to put the eLED in a Cyclops body (Xenon light from Sam's club). But the G&P will probably need to be around $20 to be competitive, in my opinion.

That's how I felt about the Discovery Turbo 3W LED module from Emillion. On that module, regulation begins at 4V. I was using it with a single 168B cell. Then I tried it with two 168B cells. Made all the difference.
