It looks like it has a U2-style collar, and a ring of 5mm LEDs around some kind of optic. (???) (I can't read japanese)Here's something in English:

So the selector collar selects colors? Wild. It didn't mention what's behind the thing that looks like an optic.

Translated from the Japanese website, it says a two stage tailcap and two levels: 15 and 60 lumens. The surrounding LEDs provide red and blue lights, selected by the selector ring. The main LED is focused with a TIR.
Since it is only 60 lumens, my guess is that it is a Luxeon III. I think the Luxeon V will produce too much heat and melt the TIR lens. But just a guess, so please don't
