I noticed that myself about 2 weeks ago. Looks like "they" tightened the noose on us again.

We got a breadmaker about 5 years ago and use it 2-3 times a week. Takes about 5 minutes to program and put the ingredients together. Nothing like having fresh bread first thing in the morning.
We got the BREADMAN ULTIMATE for about $65 on Amazon, been VERY happy with it.
Ingredients run maybe 75 cents a loaf so if store bought bread is $3 a loaf, then it pays for itself in about 3 months. Make sure you buy your yeast at the bulk food store, not in the foil packets.
