Inova Contact Information, Please.

Hi there. I rarely post here, but I need some help. I bought an Inova Radiant AA light and the tailcap switch is bad. The light simply does not stay on. It is effectively a signal light only. I've emailed Inova, but I haven't gotten a reply and can't find a phone number on the site to call. Does anyone have a phone number where I can reach them?

You're right! They only have the email and fax number contacts. . .Interesting.

You could also try returning the light to the place that sold it to you.

Since I had that call on the 13th, I received an email reply yesterday (2/14). They'll be sending me a replacement cap for the light.

Update:

I just received the replacement tailcap yesterday. Kudos to Inova for fast service.
