I know a lot of people have contacted me about this light, but to make it fair
to everyone at CPF i am now offering it here,up for grabs to the first on that stakes theire claims.

I am very sorry to have to sell this light because it is one of the nicest lights ICARUS have made in my opinion. The reason why im selling it is that it is/have been a true Shelfqueen.I simply cannot afford having a nice light like this standing on a shelf.
Hopefully this light will go to someone that truly apriciates it and can afford to use it as the tool it is.

So here it is:

FM Red Mag2.5C, UCL lens, 4x McR20 reflectors, 4xLuxIII TW0J emitters, improved modamag PQS-C-Cu, D2DIM, running on 2x 18650 cells.

The emitters are wired in two pairs of emitters in series. No resistors are added to limit the current. At the start using batteries fresh from the charger output current was 1.45A. Running the light at a lower setting current dropped quickly to slightly more than 1A after 5 minutes.
Lumens output: 4x (67.2 - 87.4) = 268.8 – 349.6 Lumens.
Lux reading at 1m using Meterman LM631: 1.20A = 11400 Lux; 1.10A = 10600 Lux; 1.00A = 9750 Lux; 0.50A = 5390 Lux.

Output current measurements: 10 min = 0.95A; 20 min = 0.84A; 30 min = 0.77A; 40 min = 0.72A; 50 min = 0.69A; 60 min = 0.66A.
You can read more about the D2DIM driver here and here.

A big thank you to Icarus for letting me Cut`and paste some from his Homemade thread.

I am asking 350 USD Shipped anywhere!

I will ship the light Regular Airmail unless something else is specified.
I am not responsible for Postal service misplacements or theft.
Since i will be sending these out cheapest way there will be no receipts of shipment unless buyer specifies this in the order.
And since I live in Norway the Shipping is fairly high compared to US rates
and other shipment options will be extra.
I have never lost a package in mail yet,and do not plan to start now.

I know i am fairly new to this forum, but I am sure there are members here that will vouch for quick shipping and reliability.
Shipment will usally happen the same day or the day after Payment received.

Please state I`ll take it in this thread,A clear I`ll take it takes precedence over PM`s.

Thank you for looking!

This is extraordinarily tempting....

My friend Alan H would snap this up in a heartbeat, I've sent word along. I really would like this one myself, but I'm straining to practice restraint. Very sorry to see you selling this, I can sympathise, I have several Icarus creations and although my 2C TriLux TWOJ w/ dimmer and Fatman has the most practical powerful beam of my group, I was very reluctant to carry it for fear of scratches and dings for a while, now I cant be without it!

Yikes, my finger is trembling on the I'll take it GIF / Paypal screen.....

I am happy to stand back if u need time to reconsider the shelf queen leaving or PP if u want the funds for some other amazing light.

I will however give this a working home.

Yes it's a sweet one. Issac, you left out one detail that has me salivating.

IT'S RED!!

I'm dying for a red 2C! The rest would be icing on the cake.

Nice buy Alan!

The light has arrived, in good shape.

Daylight so haven't played with it and the 18650's have'nt arrived yet. But with 123's and a dummy, it lights up just fine.

Great looking, very striking appearance, now if only I can find the other one that I want.

Will let you know how I get on with it.

Many thanks

Alan
