Is it possible to run this LED

The link is to the MJLED, which isn't a Luxeon, so I'm not sure what your question is in regards to.

As for an AAA-driven Lux, Fenix has the L0P and Peak has the Pacific coming. I also plan on modifying my Nuwai TM-310H 0.5W to a Lux1.
