There is currently another thread discussing this same thing-last post on it was yesterday. :green:

Lastest word from the 2006 Shot Show is that the IQ switch will finally go sale on April 1st, 2006 -for about $9.00 U.S.

I didn't know Azoteq was in ZA. Cool!
The Nite-Ize switch has a 14.5 min power-off setting, BTW.

I've been checking my Lowe's ever since last year's Shot Show. I hope they eventually make one that fits the Streamlight Jr., too.

Alex, yup. The nice thing is that if you're actually walking with the light, it'll blink a warning before shutting down. You can click on the switch and it'll reset the shut-off timer. That's the end of the dead batteries story when you put the minimag inside your pack. :green:

I must say that this is probably the item I'm most excited about so far this year. I have two modded Minimags just waiting for the babies and they'll be even better.
