Photonic ART!! (however indeed bad for the environment - leaving the batteries, LEDs, & packaging for litter/hazardous waste...)

I suppose if someone were to go back and clean it up...perhaps have an arrangement with a building owner, it wouldn't be so bad - but to leave them all around town?

I'll close this thread, and we can continue in this one...
