Oh, the challenge...Name the kind if you really must, I'll just say where I've placed them in my own house and in the unlocked homes of others.
Clipped to fusebox
Desk drawer in office
In gear bag, of course
Glovebox, trunk, various compartments in cars
Locked toolbox, high end lights
Garage shelf
Mounted next to the TP rack in bathroom...DON'T JUDGE ME!
Nightstand, tucked under clock radio
Under bed, matress, clipped to headboard
On railing going down to basement
In mugs usually reserved for pens and spare change
First aid kits, of course
And lastly...I keep a modded Mini Mag in the inside pocket of every leather jacket I own

If some one can top that...I'll once again be knocked down a notch and will have to go out and buy more lights.

Several in a cabinet above my bed.

Some in my gearbag for work.

Some on my nightstand or on me.

None in my car or truck. I tend to carry them on me or in my workbag.

One in the garage.

Let's see, besides my EDC, I have lights in:

Nightstands
Medicine cabinets
Kitchen drawer
Dresser drawer
Both cars
Shed
Laundry room
Each coat that I own
Desk drawer - home and work
Kid's rooms
Utility room

At home, I don't think I'm more than 10 feet away from some kind of flashlight. I do not have a problem...I do not have a problem...I do not...

NICE FUN THREAD. But next to the TP in the bathroom? I was right, the new EDC really is the bathroom carry.

* On my person: Fenix L1P, or QIII (L0P always in my pocket)
* Desk at work. Radio shack florescent job. Reportedly equivilent to 25 watts.
* Car: Coast white/blue led with 3 N cells. Plus some device with cheap 2 AA batteries.
* One magnetic 9v Hummer light stuck to my bed frame.
* 3 In top draw of small dresser
* 1 old flashlight in bottom draw of same dresser.
* 1 million cp in kitchen cabinent
* 10 million Cp in living room for lack of a better place.
* Inova X03 in AirForce bag, plus penlight.

I think that is it. Geeze, when did I get so obsessed with lights?

Just today, hanging around my old JROTC supply room years after I graduated, I dug out the old first-aid kit that I used multiple times throughout my high school JROTC career, took out the plastic Dorcy with the dead alkalines in it that I'd been complaining about since freshman year...and left behind a Nite Ize Minimag with two lithiums I had lying around.
If someday, some one gets out that kit and the power goes out in that notoriously dark interior hallway, then it's worth giving away a spare light without even mentioning it to anyone. So, I'll add...
- First Aid kit owned but never maintained by your old Rotzi Sgt.

I know where all my "good" lights are, but I have a bunch of cheapies hidden all around the house and in the garage, in drawers, under beds, on bookshelves....I can't remember where they all are.

Unless everyone uses lithium primaries or rechargeables you will probably need a flashlight map or like old Easter Eggs, you'll be in for a surprise when you finally find/need them. :green:

Yeah, like that foundation did with the Bibles in ever Hotel room in America. We should get a Mini-Mag in every...single room, in America.

Now, if we can just get Donald Trump himself to appreciate lumens like we do...
