Only the 2390 (3W LED).

If you notice it dimming considerable as batts are consumed, it's not regulated.

Check the runtime plots on flashlightreviews.com to see if it's regulated. Maybe someone here has done one as well.
I haven't done a runtime plot yet with mine. Don't see any real need as I trust the plots I've seen. But I've been using mine for a week now and so far have not seen a reduction in brightness from when the batteries were new, measuring brightness on my home brewed brightness box.
