What does LLC mean?

On the top of my Arc LSH-P, and every Arc LS model (I think) it says:

ARC-LS LED - ARC Flashlight LLC-

What does LLC mean/stand for? And why is it on the top of the all the ARC LS's?

LLC
Definition

Limited Liability Company. A type of company, authorized only in certain states, whose owners and managers receive the limited liability and (usually) tax benefits of an S Corporation without having to conform to the S corporation restrictions.

An LLC is much easier to incorporate and run when the company is small and has only a few stockholders.
