Li-ions are not recommended for the Jil 1.3W due to overvoltage of the circuit.
i use a 15266 for the dd twoj
it is quite bright. i haven't done any runtime tests, but i expect about 15 minutes non-continuous. i only use it intermittently for heat issues.
i know many people use this combo even though it isn't recommended by the manufacturer. don't do it with a twoh though, need at least the j, and people recommend k even.
