Is Lumaray Still in Business?

I'd like to buy an FL-12, but the Lumaray site has stated for the past several months that both the FL-6, and FL-12 are out of stock. And the site has not been updated since the end of December. Are they still making lights?

A couple weeks ago I got an email from them that indicated that some of the products would be upgraded.

FL12 in about a month or so...and I was thinking about email them

to ask how long does it take to get one after payment made....
