Flashlights in movies...SAHARA

There was scene in the caves where Matthew McConauhey was holding what looked (at first glance) to a be a SF/6P. But from another angle it looked like a Pelican M6. Anyway I only watched the movie to see Penelope Cruz.

I saw that movie just the other day and was not sure about the light either. It was a good movie, if not real close to the books. But the general theme was intact. The casting was not great for Dirk and Al, but they did have a chemstry together which helped. The casting for Sandecker and Gunn was much better done.

Not sure why they changed Dirk and Al to ex navy Seals when in the books they were Air Force on permanent duty station with Numa.

Pretty good action movie though, fun with good music

slightly off topic, but if you want to see surefires watch the tv series Supernatural. Pretty much every episode features a surefire of some kind. I've seen M4's etc on there. Gives you a pretty good idea of beams etc if your thinking of buying
