a rechargeable torch that is fully sealed. charges by induction.

are there any "tactical" or luxeon based torches that uses this method of charging? i guess it ould be pretty reliable n hardy since all the batteries and electronics can be literally sealed in the case.

Stop me if I'm wrong, but I think that charging by induction can only give annoying charging time...

hehe i see... i guess thats y this technology or charging didnt take progress further. would have been really useful if the issue of the charging time was improved.

I don't want fully sealed since that probably means I can't change the battery myself and would need to be near the charging station if it goes low power..

My toothbrush uses induction to recharge, but that's not a critical item.
