Question about SF Lamp Assemblies and Voltage

Just modded my Z2 with a KT1 Turbo head and a detonator 1 cell extender. Just wondering what Lamp Assembly is possible for a 3-cell light running at 9V. I don't want to flash any bulbs so I am not really daring to try a 2-cell bulb on a 3-cell system. I however tried the MN20 LA from the M6 Guardian and it works. I don;t know what impact it will have on the MN20 bulb by having 9 volts running through it. If it is dangerous to run the MN20 on 9V, please let me know to take it out. I didn't think the MN20 would work in the 3-cell light becasue the M6 uses 6-cells to light up the bulb. If there is no danger in running the MN20 with the 3-cell combination, what is the expected run time on such a setup.

It is a wonder you didn't blow the MN20! It is a 7.2v lamp. If you want to safely run a 9v lamp use the N2, MN16,or the MN15 in your setup.

You will eventually blow the MN20, trust me.
