I have reason to believe I now know where I got the name "The Punishment Zone" on my website...the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode called "Justice". The inhabitants of the planet Rubicam III have a small force of law enforcement personnel called Enforcers, and there is one small region every day designated as "The Punishment Zone".
