Recommend Belt Rig To Carry Phone & E2D

Can anyone recommend a belt pouch to carry a small cell phone and a Surefire E2D (light is <5 inches and mostly <1 inch diameter)?

I looked at the Nite-Ize website and, while they appear to be good products, they don't make exactly what I'm looking for.

I want a small, minimal rig with two internal compartments - one for the phone and one for the flashlight. I need the flashlight compartment to be covered. The point of this is to make it "blend" for work in an office setting.

Any ideas would be welcome.

He says he can make custom holsters and bags to order, and his gear seems to look pretty well-made.

Maybe a magazine pouch? This one is around 10-15 bucks.
